Charming 2BR Apartment Near Beach with Terraces and Private Garage

Ideally located in Ville d'Eté, 2 minutes walk from shops, 3 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the train station. Beautiful apartment (sleeps 4) located on the 2nd floor of a secure luxury residence with a private garage.
It consists of an entrance, a large living room opening onto a terrace, an independent equipped kitchen (induction hob, hood, oven, filter coffee maker and gold card pod, microwave, etc.) opening onto a second south-facing terrace with garden furniture. A bedroom (140cm bed) with wardrobe, and a bedroom with 2 single 90cm beds which can be transformed into a double bed and its wardrobe. A bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet.
Exit cleaning included.
Linen not provided, possibility to rent them, for example pack of 90 sheets and towels: 30€/week, a pack of 140 and towels for 2 people: 40€/week, pack of 160 and towels for 2 people: 45€/ week. Rates are decreasing if several weeks rented.

Comfortable apartment

Great location with okay view from rear balcony. Furnishings are old but adequate and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. Negatives: NO WIFI. AND 60€ to rent 1 set of sheets and 2 towels is too much.
