"General wipe down areas, kitchenette and bathroom were generally clean however, decor finishes; skirting, doors, floor etc. were dusty and not clean. Room was located on the 1st floor overlooking the plaza and was particularly noisy early morning due to deliveries (6am onwards) and late night noise due to the local restaurants. Internal hotel noise was minimal. Possibly due to other guests knowing from experience, NOT to be located at a low level overlooking the Plaza. "

"The hotel is central to everything and lots of restaurants within minutes of the hotel. Used the secured parking was good only 1m80 head height Breakfast was expensive if you only wanted fruit juice, tea and a round of toast' would use the hotel again if in Arcachon"

"Great property, with aircon and parking. Close to Arcachon, 5/10 min drive. Large supermarkets also 5 min drive away. Small shop, children’s parks and swimming pool all within a 2 min walk from the property. Communication with hosts was also great. Highly recommend!"
