A stop off on a long drive

A comfortable basic hotel in a quiet area. The aircon was very welcome. A good evening meal that was reasonably priced. It was just off the motorway so very handy.

OK hotel for an overnight, the room was simple, no fridge, and the breakfast small for the price paid. I expect a buffet not rationed croissants.

The room was super clean. The food was great, but the service was atrocious and impersonal. It felt like a room in a restaurant and not a hotel. There was practically no customer service or service of any kind.

Breakfast was a bit disorganised (asked for some cereal bowls and got given a but was otherwise clean and tidy if a little basic.coffee cup to eat from. And then no milk to put on it. Seemed a bit of an afterthoughth. Room has a Diet Coke bottle from previous guest left on the wardrobe

The most arrogant and rude personel/owner ever

We had ordered all-inclusive and when we got to the hotel we were treated rudely and downright meanly who said that they don't have all-inclusive and that breakfast wasn't even included. The incredibly arrogant treatment and the lack of understanding of what we paid for and expected and the non-existent spirit of service is the worst we have encountered. He was downright rude to us and made fun of us in front of other guests despite one of them trying to explain to him that it is the hotel's fault. Unfortunately cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Ländliches Hotel mit gutem Restaurant

Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und das Bett war gut. Einziges Manko waren fehlende Ablagemöglichkeiten neben den Betten und fehlende Handtuchhalter/-haken im Bad beim Waschbecken. Das Essen im Restaurant war gut.

Une nuit Aux Marronniers d'Arc

Nous avons réservé une nuit avec petit déjeuner. Nous étions invités à un mariage à proximité. La chambre, les sanitaires et la salle d'eau sont d'une très grande propreté. Stationnement facilité par le parking au niveau de l'hébergement. Nous n'avons pas pu couper un peu le cru de la pièce parce que nous n'avons pas su mettre un peu de chauffage et le déjeuner uniquement jusqu'à 9h c'était un peu rude en retour de noces... La chambre nécessiterait un peu de maintenance technique, les lampes de chevet ne fonctionnent pas, la colonne de douche doit être refixée, etc... Mineurs pour une nuit comme la nôtre mais pour un hébergement plus long cela peut être important. Excellent accueil tant au téléphone que sur site et au petit déjeuner. Merci à ces personnes.

We arrived at 10:30pm and we were greater very hospitality. Check in was very easy. Room was very nice and bed very comfortable. It’s old school decor but very clean so does not feel old. Breakfast was typical French and delicious, baguette, croissants, condiments and great coffee. Everything very fresh, not some rubbish buffet and served with a smile. Parking was off street and whilst not behind a gate we felt secure with our car full of ski gear. All in all great value accommodation. We wish we could have arrived in time to try the restaurant for dinner.
