"Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated "

"Check in procedure was diabolical. No clear signs, no clear idea what building to check into. People milling about with absolutely no idea where to go. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. "We booked a 2 bedrooms apartment for the 3 of us. The apartment was spacious and nice view on the mountain. We had 2 bathroom which was great but unfortunately 1 of the heater was not functioning for half our stay so it was really cold to take a bath and we had to complain several times before they replaced the towels heater. They obviously knew the issue as they already ordered a new one. They never offered any compensation or to move us in another apartment. The ski room was super smelly and congested especially in the morning. That it was at the point I was feeling nauseous. Another downside was the spa area, way too small for the amount of guests. Only one small Hot tub always full. The sauna was super crowded that it made it impossible to use and same with the steam room that wasn't even hot enough and the eucalyptus was so strong it would make your eyes watering. So we only went once as it was not enjoyable. At Les Arcs 1800 there is almost nothing beside the residence and the hotel. Just 1 small Spar. For shopping, bars, restaurants you have to take the Dahu Lift that connect to Les Arcs 1600. We also drove to Les Arcs 1950 (about 20 min drive but totally worth it. Les Arcs 1950 is such a nice resort. Overall experience was okay but we won’t probably go back to this place."
