O estabelecimento tem passado por reformas mas o atendimento de TODOS os recepcionistas é pífio e nada profissional. Ficam ao celular todo o momento, não sabem o que estão fazendo e são mal educados. O proprietário e os demais funcionários são solícitos e cordiais. O café da manhã é agradável e há um espaço de trabalho caso seja necessário.

NÃO É UM LUGAR ADEQUADO PARA DESCANSO NOTURNO.

Hotel precisa de manutenção, falta um criado mudo, uma bancada para acomodar as coisas no banheiro. Vizinhança extremamente barulhenta, bar ao lado muito ruidoso até altas horas, pessoas barulhentas, carros com pancadão parando na porta a todo momento da noite fazendo com que as janelas do quarto vibrem em alta intensidade. NÃO RECOMENDO COMO UM LUGAR PARA DESCANSO NOTURNO, quase impossível dormir e se recompor durante a noite.

Abandonei diária

Pra começar, água do chuveiro escorre do box para banheiro, fica pisando naquilo e molhando quarto. Funcionarios ficam perto da porta do elevador conversando e dando risadas até tarde. Há um barulho gigantesco periodicamente, parecendo um trem de ferro arrastando rodas presas, parece que na lavanderia oi casa de nsquinas onde ficsm conversando alto e fumando, atrapalha o sono. Tem um local que faz divisa com os quartos onde do lado de fora ficam instaladas a parte externa dos aparelhos de ar condicionado, local onde tem janelas, é tipo um fosso que vai da garagem até último andar, o pior, alguém ali ou várias pessoas, à noite fumava(m) de 15 em 15 ou 20 em 20 minutos, aquele cheiro de fumaça de cigarro subia por ali e entrava no quarto, ultimo andar, ficava impregnado o cheiro ruim. Reclamar adiantaria? Com certeza não. Estava pago 2 noites, dormi a primeira, na segunda paguei minhas coisas, abandonei a segunda diária e fui procurar um lugar condizente pra dormir. Noite mal dormida atrapalha tomar decisões em problemas. Experiência péssima.
