Pecaram em alguns aspectos

Ja tinhamos nos hospedado ano passado pro mesmo evento e foi uma boa experiencia. Desta vez fomos muito bem recebidos, porem no segundo dia, apos uma noite mal dormida, reclamamos do colchao, que literalmente tinha um buraco bem no meio, a pessoa disse ja estar ciente disso, mas que nao tinha outro colchao nem outro quarto disponivel. Tambem pedimos bebidas: agua tinha acabado no estabelecimento (funcionaria disse que era f... e que estavam bebendo agua da torneira) e a coca veio apos quase 1 hora e eu ter pedido 3 vezes. Alem disso vieram ate o quarto me cobrar a estadia que ja estava paga pelo aplicativo no ato da reserva. De resto o custo beneficio é bom, inclui um cafe da manha bem simples (pao, manteiga e cafe), chuveiro otimo.
