Descobri só depois que reservando pela hoteis.com paguei bem mais caro do que direto com a propriedade. De qualquer forma, o que achei ruim foi o chuveiro, não tinha um meio termo, ou a água ficava fria/temperatura ambiente (que para os dias em que me hospedei ainda era ok, porque estava muito calor), ou era quente fervendo. Também o box é bem pequeno. De resto, o café da manhã é ok e o bom é que o hotel tem piscina (bem desejável nesses dias muito quentes rsrs).

Primeiramente, não aconselho a reserva pelo Hoteis.com, pois há uma taxa extra. Reserve junto ao próprio hotel ou em outro site. Quanto ao hotel, muito ruim. Piso trincado (com pedaços soltos), oferecendo risco aos hóspedes, especialmente às crianças. A tampa do vaso é daquelas da pior qualidade. Plástico duro e nada confortável. Precisamos de um ferro de passar roupa, mas o que ofereceram estava quebrado. Funcionou um pouquinho e depois pifou. A parte boa são os funcionários. Muito educados, especialmente a atendente Daiane. Resumindo: faça sua reserva no Ibis.

O hotel esta localizado próximo a praça principal de Birigui, a recepção tem um aspecto moderno, o mesmo não se podendo dizer do apartamento e banheiro. O tamanho do apartamento que fiquei era pequeno Os pisos do quarto e banheiro são de cerâmicas bem antigas, já trincadas, e soltas. As do banheiro de cor vermelha, nada contra a cor, mas forte indicação de ultrapassado. A cama de casal de tamanho normal, acho que comportaria uma maior, em que se pese o tamanho pequeno do apto.. Faltou também um suporte para a colocação da mala, teve que permanecer fechada, e ou deitada na cama ou no chão.. O atendimento no check in e no check out foi feita por funcionários amáveis e solícitos. O preço para um dia, em um final de semana, pareceu me exagerado. Parece que não adotam a política de redução de preços em final de semana, embora seja um hotel de características eminentemente de negócios. O café da manhã é o básico para um hotel 3 estrelas
