Não recomendo.

Entregaram um quarto sujo, com café seco derrubado no móvel, banheiro sujo com sujeira nos azulejos, nem o papel higiênico que o estava quase no final do rolo trocaram. Reclamamos trocaram de quarto, o outro quarto cheirava esgoto puro, estrutura precisa de uma reforma urgente.

O quarto e o cafe da manha foram bons, dentro das espectativas do hotel. Alias o cafe da manha ate superou as nossas espectativas... Agora o banheiro do quarto... muito a desejar no sentido da manutencao dos componentes... 1. porta do box, falhando e batendo. fora do esquadro 2. duas pessoas, uma peca pequena de sabonete... minúsculo 3. vaso sanitario com pequeno vazamento continuo de agua 4. toalhas de rosto nao disponíveis 5. descanso do chuveiro igienico todo solto 6. porta do quarto de entrada emperrada e dificil de abrir e de fechar 7. controle do ar condicionado, estava funcionando mas com dificuldades para seu manejo... os botoes as vezes nao conectavam com a determinada funcao desejada.

Padrao Ibis todos conhecem, porem tem uns melhores que outros! Esse por exemplo nos surpreendeu pelo cafe da manha, muito bom! Porem os qtos precisam de uma reforma, os bamheiros principalmente! Ficamos sem agua quente por um dia e a descagra do vazo bem fraca. Os funcionários sao bem educado e gentis.

Atendentes confusos, fazendo cobranças repetidas. Nos colocaram em um quarto com diversos itens quebrados e ao reclamarmos nos trocaram de quarto. Parte externa do cafe da manhã (onde ficamos por estarmos com nosso cachorro) suja e cheia de bitucas e cinzas de cigarro

Ibis em Araçatuba

As pessoas hospedam-se no Ibis para nao ter surpresas. Mas, este hotel está realmente carente de gestão. Manutenção zero, péssima. A secador de cabelos todo quebrado, toalhas e roupas de cama totalmente encardidos, paredes super sujas, bancada quebrada. Muito ruim. Nunca mais volto.

Já foi melhor. Hoje avalio como ruim !

Hotel meio decadente. Já tinha me instalado lá por 2 vezes antes dessa. Insetos no banheiro (besouros) e quarto com sujidades no chão, além de paredes em mal estado.
