Very good!

It was a really good stay! The hotel is very cosy and the staff is very friendly. The beach is very close. I went there with my 5 year old daughter and it was great!!!

Great but can get better

The stay was pretty great, but the restaurant services were really slow, it would take ages between ordering and receiving our dishes. Also there was a lack of hangers in the bathroom to hang wet clothes and towels. Despite that, it was really great! The location was perfect, the reception was excellent, the workers were all so friendly and thoughtful, they would help whenever they could. We thank them a lot!

Ótima experiência!

Passamos um fim de semana maravilhoso em Fortim no Pausa Hotel. Funcionários atenciosos, música ambiente de primeira qualidade, ótimas experiências gastronômicas, incluso chá/café da tarde (os preços são elevados no restaurante interno, chamado Quimanga, mas que compensam pela qualidade), excelente piscina, quadra de beach tênis, muita natureza, estacionamento coberto, tudo bem planejado e com elevado padrão de conforto e qualidade. Apenas duas observações de aspectos a serem melhorados: no quarto 22, onde ficamos, o chuveiro estava muito fraco, saía pouca água, o que dificultava tomar um banho menos demorado e mais condizente com o padrão elevado de todos os serviços e da estrutura do hotel. Outro ponto a ser destacado é que os travesseiros não são muito confortáveis, realmente tive dificuldade para dormir por conta disso, principalmente na primeira noite. Tirando esses dois apontamentos, os quais podem ser rapidamente solucionados, apenas elogios ao hotel, realmente é um local de excelência e que merece ser visitado sempre que possível.
