A recepcionista não sabia dar informações, ficava ligando para outra pessoa. Fui para o segundo andar de escadas com a mala pesada (pois não tive informação anterior que não há elevador). O quarto com cheiro estranho, de reforma. Banheiro sujo onde toma banho. Não havia toalhas, lençol da cama rasgado. O controle do televisor eu fui buscar lá embaixo na recepção porque não estava no quarto. Pedi um sabonete, disseram que estava em falta. Não tinha nem onde comprar uma água. Essas coisas foram o básico… visão geral estava bem empoeirado o ambiente pois havia uma construção bem na frente. A varanda tem uma ótima vista. O recepcionista da noite foi melhor, pena que não fui atendida por ele. Apenas no checkup. Não gostei, de verdade. Fiquei com nojo de tomar banho ali. Me senti muito desconfortável. E sinto muito por isso porque ele tem uma localização e uma vista maravilhosa. Espero que melhorem.

Não vale a pena
O Hotel não é bom! Tem um custo baixo, mas não vale a pena. O único ponto positivo é a localização. Até a fachada do hotel deixa a desejar, pois tem uma obra bem na frente que faz parecer uma construção abandonada. O Uber iclusive não achou o hotel de primeira e disse que aquele prédio era uma obra abandonada.
O quarto não tem conforto. A Cama é muito dura, a mais dura que eu já vi. A pia ficava dentro do box do chuveiro. O ar condicionado não tinha palhetas, tive que colocar uma camisa para o vento não vir na direção da cama. o Travesseiro tinha um cheiro ruim (de falta de limpeza, infelizmente).
O café da manhã apesar de simples era suficiente (até pelo custo).
Não foi uma boa estadia tanto que me mudei pra outro hotel a pedido da minha esposa.
