- Perched on a hill in Aquinnah, this spacious five-bedroom home offers sweeping views toward Menemsha and Vineyard Sound. The elevated setting provides wide-open views of the sky, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and refreshing ocean breezes throughout the day. Four outdoor decks give guests plenty of space to relax, eat outside, and take in the surrounding landscape.
The property sleeps families and groups comfortably, with four king beds and two twin beds across five bedrooms. The main house also has a separate TV room with a full bed for a bonus sleeping space. A separate guest house includes one of the king bedrooms, a private bathroom, its own living room, and a small kitchen—ideal for guests who would like additional privacy.
The home includes 4.5 bathrooms, an outdoor shower, air conditioning, and a newly remodeled kitchen.
Guests have access to Philbin Beach, Lobsterville Beach, and Red Beach.
