Charming house, very pleasant to live in, delicately decorated, white walls, very bright, Godin fireplace, living room adjoining the kitchen. Ground floor: bedroom with shower, WC and stone washbasin. Extra-wide double beds (new bedding in all bedrooms. 5 bedrooms). New equipment. 2 bathrooms, one with Jacuzi bathtub and Italian shower in enameled lava. Garage, ground-level terrace. Ground-level swimming pool (10m x 5m), lawn, palm trees, barbecue... Not overlooked. Rip-rap dyke overlooking river, electric wrought-iron gate. 45 minutes from Marseille Marignane airport. Half an hour from Avignon and Aix-en-Provence. All the villages of the Luberon are 15/20 minutes away: Gordes, Roussillon, Bonnieux, Lourmarin. Isle sur la sorgue .... is a real corner of paradise. 2 minutes from the bike path ..... Apt market ....... Sleeps 8 people.lots of charm.

The ducks on the river in summer, the heather parasols for an evening aperitif with the sound of the water ..... Large outdoor table, garden with automatic watering system, lighted lawn .....
