The house is spread over two floors and can accommodate a family with its four inviting and spacious bedrooms. The authentic interior in rustic-Provencal style made of noble materials is well maintained and the huge living room with integrated kitchen opens onto the garden.



The villa is nestled in 2200 m² of romantic green parkland with a lovely private pool and large sunny terraces. Relax by the pool, enjoy the wonderful climate and leave the daily routine behind.



The surrounding area offers a variety of activities: play tennis or golf, go on long hiking or biking tours or play a round in the playground with the kids.
