"Check in was slow, there were lots of people hanging around outside smoking weed, the room door didn’t close completely so you had to lock it just to keep it closed and the bathroom had used towels and wash clothes hanging in the bathroom."

"Took us over 30 mins to check in. When we got to our room it was dirty and smelt terrible. The sheets had brown and grey stains all over them. No towels for showers or soaps had to go buy our own. Every single night we had to have our key card rekeyed because the staff did not know how to key it for the whole stay.
