"No compliants with the hotel iteself, breakfast wasn't the best, the protein was not available when we came down. There was plenty of time for that to be watched adequately. If your going to enjoy the sun outside and plan on sitting outside at the property, its all shaded and parking lot. Was disappointed because its nice to be able to free leisurely with somewhere to sit."

"We were in town for a family wedding and I reserved 3 rooms for us. My family showed up to check in and they were denied access because I was not physically present (I was coming later). Even though my wife is included in my profile they could not get in. My wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law had copies of the reservation but they would not honor them. The desk personal (Wendy) was very rude and would not help. I talked to her on the phone and she said she would not help. After I called Expedia customer service and spent 30 minutes on the phone they got access to 1 room - this delay caused them to be late for the wedding. When we returned to the hotel after the wedding I went to check-in for the remaining rooms and Wendy refused to help me and told me to go to another desk worker. The rooms I had booked that included breakfast for everyone - the next morning they announced that the kitchen would be closed. Our experience was terrible and I did not get what I had expected or paid for. I would like to get some compensation back for the missing breakfast and a refund of my points that I had used for these reservations. As a Platinum their member I would expect better!"

"We were not told upfront what the dog charge was. We were not given a bill when we checked out. Always ask them for an itemized bill because when we got home and I called our credit card co, we had erroneous charges on our bill. It took us several days to get everything straightened out for the extra charges."

"Do not recommend... The ONE staff member ruined the WHOLE stay. The manager handled the situation to the best of her ability but the one staff member was horrible. I also assume she is a resident here because I saw her one morning in her pajamas walking her dog and she immediately turned around and went inside. Knowing that she was a resident and I would most likely be encountering her again just made me anxious the whole stay. It was a terrible feeling. Also, the amenities that you take for granted are not so here. If you want linen service it is $1.75 extra to trade your linens in. You don't have access to someone at the desk after 10 pm and if you use the phone to call after 10 pm, you may end up with a horrible attendant berating you because your key didn't work and you didn't want to wake up your guest who was in the room. She also told me I would be charged for asking for a new key because I had a guest in the room who could open the door. Again, I didn't want to wake my guest up if they were asleep. But am I crazy or asking for a new key should not be that big of a deal that I would actually get charged for it. (I didn't get charged, by the way.) Sorry, I stay at a different hotel for work each week and will NEVER return to this property if that employee is still there. I have never been treated so rudely in all my years of traveling. Sorry... do not recommend. (The manager was very understanding.)"
