Vintage cottage in Peabody Park neighborhood

Beautifully decorated vintage home, in peaceful Peabody park neighborhood in downtown Appleton, near City Park. Walking distance to park and river. Easy access to boat landing, outdoor amphitheater, yoga on the boardwalk, hiking trails, Mr T's Brew Pub, Lawrence Football for field (for visiting parents) and Tempest.
The space
2 story vintage cottage, with 3 bedrooms and full bath upstairs. An office (with a beautiful 180° window view of the neighborhood), large living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath on the main floor. Washer and dryer are in the basement. The yard is beautifully landscaped with a fire pit,
chiminea and seating.

You have access to the whole house and lovely backyard with a fire pit.
Other things to note
My goal is to provide a five star experience for every guest. Please do not hesitate to contact me for any reason. I typically respond within a few minutes from 6a to 9p CDT, I teach fitness classes, so it may take up to an hour if I'm in class or outside of those I may be asleep and will respond as soon as I wake.
