Girls birthday weekend

The property was in a very nice neighborhood in a nice part of town. The house could have been cleaner, we noticed several things that hadn’t been done during our stay. The owner didn’t respond to messages until the week of our trip. The check in and check out process was simple.

Appleton\Packer Thanksgiving Stay

We had a such a wonderful time at the Appleton property. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was very large, well decorated and made us feel at home. It was so nice to not live out of suitcase. It had all to conveniences of home, dishwasher, washer, dryer, large kitchen and two bathrooms. A very large family room, formal dining room and formal living room. The four bedrooms were very comfortable. We look forward to renting this property again when we are in the Appleton area.

Christmas Getaway 2024

A really good property located in an upscale neighborhood. This home is close to a major grocery store, some restaurants, and access to highways. The Owner is working on updates and renovations to make the property even better. For parties greater than 6, an extra bathroom would be helpful. Lots of upside!

Very clean and spacious home in a upscale quiet neighborhood!! It was very comfortable for the five of us and we enjoyed making breakfast in the roomy kitchen. The host was very gracious in providing a variety of snacks for us! The home had very easy access to the highway. The four bedrooms were upstairs and comfortable and quiet but the master bedroom was lacking it's own bathroom. It was a little odd to have only one full bathroom upstairs. There is a second full bathroom downstairs. Overall it was a good choice for us and we would stay there again.

Property did not meet expectations/ Manager does not follow through on his word

The listing for this property wasn't accurate. Upon arrival, we found the number of bathrooms was wrong and the air conditioner wasn't working. It was 78 degrees in the house (at the end of July). The manager insisted that the air was working, until we sent him a video of the outside unit fan not moving when the unit was on. The manager was helpful in delivering a couple fans to the house, which cooled the bedrooms so we could sleep. He told us that repair was scheduled for the next day, but no one came and we received no updates from the manager. After we reached out, he assured us that he was trying to get someone in the next day. Still no one came to fix it. The manager again said he would try hard to get someone out the following day, but we ended up going all weekend without air conditioning. After expressing that we were dissatisfied and asking for a partial refund, he was agreeable. On the day of our departure, the manager told us he would process our return during the week. It has been 4 weeks now and after several promises by the manager that our refund was being processed, we have yet to receive our refund. This manager does not follow through on his word.

Nice house for our girls weekend

This was a great experience. The house was nice and the property manager was super responsive and helpful. Just to note, it was 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The listing said 4 baths when I booked.

Bowling tournament

We stayed here for a bowling tournament. Jude was very kind and got back to me immediately with answers to my questions. The home itself is beautiful and in a very upscale part of town. Some updates to the home should happen but it didn't keep the stay we had from being a good experience. Loved it's charm.

Toilet seat broken in lower bathroom, light above tub in lower bathroom lose, one bedroom upstairs had NO curtains or blinds. Otherwise GREAT HOME would rent again

We stayed here for our son's wedding, this rental could really be top notch with a few additions. Not much for cookware or serverware. Couldn't find a bowl to wash fruit in. The oven display didn't work, so we tried to bake something and couldn't tell what temp the oven was. Drawer for silverware broken, so be careful getting a spoon, the entire drawer could fall out. Did not see a high chair that was listed as an amenity. King bed was fine, but others in the smaller queens and double said they didn't sleep due to squeaky bed frame/uncomfortable mattress. Since we were so busy, I didn't have time to address these issues with the host. The upside, very large house, can comfortably fit a large group. The neighborhood and location was fantastic. With a few upgrades, this rental could really be fantastic.

Seems like this property is new to rentals. There are a number of things that need to be worked out. 1. Downstairs toilet runs continuously due to stuck handle. 2. Kitchen faucet leaks. 3. Master Bedroom light cannot be completely turned off due to faulty dimmer. 4. The entire place needs to be cleaned our feet got dirty just walking on the bare floors. Carpet needs to be vacuumed and bugs dust on windowsills. 5. Paintings are not hung they are setting on the floor and tables. 6. Nonexistent stock of stock of paper towel and napkins. The house is very spacious, and conveniently located. Beds are comfortable.
