The world is your oyster...or at least the house and yard. There’s also a quaint neighborhood park..... Linwood which is just a shore walk away. This 9.5 acre park includes baseball field, lighted tennis courts, basketball court, and playground. Great place for a picnic!

Located in a quiet, beautiful residential neighborhood, and less than a five minute drive north of Downtown Appleton, you will absolutely fall in love with the charm of this home and the surrounding character homes of the neighborhood. Streets lined with tall trees and safe sidewalks in every direction will lead you on nice quiet walks or jogs around the area. THIS is the spot!

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are available. The city bus station is downtown. Plenty of parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway if you have a vehicle. Street parking allowed during the day, and overnight seasonally if the city is notified.

Really, really nice home with cute backyard and pet friendly

Extremely close to everywhere. We needed to be, high-end appliances and lighting, comfortable beds and super clean. Clean. Management was efficient and super easy to deal with and very kind. I would definitely stay here again if I'm back up this way.
