"Great staff, went above and beyond. Right next to the park. Easy to walk to the shuttle. Pool and hot tub were clean. Laundry room access was great. Rooms are like mini apartments. have dishes, full size fridge, dishwasher, etc. The boys loved having their own beds with the Murphy bed and pull out couch. Highly recommend."

"The breakfast was over sold at check-in and online. It was literally a bagel in a plastic bag, even though at check in we were told there would be hot sandwiches where you have to pick-up in the lobby. It doesn't open until 7:30, including coffee not available until then. Arriving at the park earlier is better and 7:30 is too late. They have a dedicated room that appears to be a place that could have a better breakfast that isn't being utilized. In additon, the ice machine was broken and not fixed even though I asked about it. The room was clean and for the most part it was very quiet, and the views were amazing."

"A small thing but a big thing. There was no shampoo in the dispenser and the hand lotion ran out later that day. Notified front desk about getting more hand lotion and assuming the chamber made would fill up the shampoo but it did not happen."

"The breakfast had a variety of options from grab and go to bagels/ fruit as well as hot plate bacon,egg, oatmeal, hashbrowns yogurt with fruit etc. My children loved the pool and fire pit. It was close to the shuttle stop and had several shops and restaurants near by. "
