  • Chic house 15 minutes from the beach, with soft, peaceful colors.

    The house enjoys a breathtaking view of the three gulfs (Lava, Ajaccio, Porticcio). The garden is covered with orchards, bushes, flowers and trees. The garden's interior design also features an arbour with dining table, armchairs and garden furniture. A new summer kitchen has been installed. A real cocoon.

    Walks along the surrounding paths reveal numerous archaeological remains, as well as the partially restored medieval tower.

    Appietto also boasts a beautiful coastline, with the magnificent Lava beach and its water sports center. This is one of the most popular activities for tourists visiting the region.

Es war eine unvergessliche Zeit im Westen Corsicas. Die Lage der Villa ist athemberaubend schön. Mit einen wahnsinnig schönem Weitblick in die Bucht von Ajaccio und die Bucht von Lava. Die Einrichtung ist für eine Familie mehr als ausreichend. Es wurde sogar eine Tischtennisplatte bereitgestellt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war zwar nur mit Translator möglich aber alles problemlos. Die Angestellten vor Ort waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer eine Unterkunft fern ab vom Massentourismus sucht und bereit ist die etwas steile Anfahrt in Kauf zu nehmen der wird mit mit den o.g. grandiosen Lage und Natur belohnt. Vielen Dank für die unvergessliche Zeit!

Sweet home with a amazing view / Douce maison avec une vue imprenable

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet mit zwei voll ausgestattete Küchen, drei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern mit Dusche, einem riesigem Wohnzimmer sowie einem großzügigen Außenbereich mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Berge und das in der Entfernung liegende Meer. Das Haus liegt an einem Berg am Ende einer sehr kleinen engen Straße mit sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Wir hatten dort einen wunderschönen Urlaub. La maison est meublée avec beaucoup de goût et confortablement avec deux cuisines entièrement équipées, trois chambres, deux salles de bains avec douches, un immense salon et un espace extérieur spacieux avec une belle vue sur les montagnes et la mer au loin. La maison est située sur une montagne au bout d'une très petite rue étroite avec un environnement très calme. Nous y avons passé de merveilleuses vacances.

Un séjour inoubliable

Cette maison est incroyable. On s’est senti comme chez nous en famille. Spacieuse, décorée avec goût, bien équipée et le gros point fort: la ou plutôt les vues puisque de chaque fenêtre, il y a une magnifique vue! On ne s’en lasse pas. La situation dans le village perché d’Appietto est parfait pour un séjour tout en tranquillité en immersion dans les terres corses. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et la locataire du dessous, Charlotte, guide touristique, nous a donné de précieux conseils. Nous recommandons vivement !

Excellente expérience pour notre famille dans cette maison extrêmement confortable

Maison extrêmement confortable, très propre, parfaitement équipée. Magnifique vue inoubliable, admirable depuis divers endroits à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de la maison. Terrasses et jardins très appréciables. Notre hôtesse nous a particulièrement bien accueillis de façon très chaleureuse. Les environs sont superbes, plages idylliques de sable blanc et eau cristalline turquoise à une quinzaine ou trentaine de minutes de voiture. Charmants villages typiques motivant des excursions à la journée. Proximité d Ajaccio, avec des nombreuses activités culturelles. En résumé, un séjour vraiment excellent !
