I reached out to Hassan and he was very helpful with getting the issues resolved in a timely manner. "Deborah was an attentive host who reached out to me upon arrival to the cabin, to inform me that the hot tub was cleaned and would be ready by a specified time. Upon arrival, the hot tub had been cleaned, however its cover had not; I could literally write "clean me" on the cover. The two rugs on the side of the hot tub were worn and drenched completely for 2 days. The hot tub is enclosed on a screened in porch that extends along the back bedroom and living room of the house; T"
