"Our view here was 5 star! Our room & balcony was very clean…the maid worked extremely hard to keep all the volcanic dust off of the tile floors in the hallways and rooms. The location was good for walking around Pollonia. However we had cold showers for 3 out of the 5 nights stay. We notified the front office the first time. Apparently they have to flip a heater breaker for the water heater when the solar hot water runs out. The second time they had a new person and she didn’t know what to do but called on her cell for help. I waited an hour, but the water never got warm so I took another cold shower. I notified the regular reception person the next day and told her our flight would be early the next morning. She explained their solar water heater problem again and I was hoping she would make sure we had hot water. However she doesn’t arrive till later so we had cold showers the morning we were leaving again. Honestly this is such a simple fix…an automated switch can be put in so that a human doesn’t have to be present to get hot water to its hotel guests. I really liked this spot but other reviews mentioned the hot water problem. I wish we could have found another hotel with the wonderful water view."

"Our stay at En Milo was honestly one of the highlights of our entire Greece trip. Located in the beautiful village of Pollonia, it had such a peaceful and authentic atmosphere. Waking up to views of the bay and the small village each morning felt incredible. The rooms were spotless, modern, and beautifully designed while still fitting perfectly with the relaxed Milos vibe. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully done. What really made this place special though was the hospitality. The staff genuinely cared and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. They gave great local recommendations, helped with anything we needed, and created such a relaxed atmosphere the entire stay. If you’re visiting Milos and want a place that feels peaceful, stylish, and perfectly located near great restaurants, swimming spots, and the port, En Milo is hard to beat. Highly recommend."
