"My family met up with some friends to attend a Pirates game. We spent two nights at the hotel and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We loved our room and the location was perfect to walk wherever we needed to go. We were especially thankful for Timika with the breakfast staff and she was just amazing with my son and made it an awesome experience for him. We would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel is really nice and in a perfect location if you're going to a Pirates or Steelers game. When we checked in, Kalid was incredible and took care of us. Room was nice, had no issues."

"Out of soap in bathroom, mirror on wall was creepy and beds were too low"

"Great location and view. Only downfall was two of the elevators were out and there was a big event at the hotel. This made for very long wait times to use the elevators, and often times they were full when they got to your floor. Normally I’d take the stairs if it were just a couple of flights, but we were on the 18th floor. "

"Love the location - easy street parking, close to Shadyside & short drive to CMU. If you go a few more streets down it's not the very best of Pittsburgh, but we felt perfectly safe. "
