Sweet and welcoming, the spacious Villa Vrisses is delightfully located between the villages of Nipos and Vrisses (famous for its river and excellent tavernas), just 10 minutes drive away from the sandy beaches of Georgioupolis, Almyrida, Kalyves. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully air-conditioned rooms, private pool, spacious gardens and interiors finished in traditional style, Villa Vrisses is a truly perfect holiday home for up to 7 guests to enjoy all the Greek and Cretan hospitality.

Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors. The interiors are fully air-conditioned (included in the rental price), and finished with taste and style making wide use of local stone and traditional Cretan elements. On the ground floor there is a large lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining area. The lounge is equipped with comfortable sofas (as well as a sofa bed for the 7th guest), TV, direct access to the veranda. The well equipped kitchen (4 cooking, fridge/freezer, oven, washing machine) opens straight to the lounge area where a dining table is located. On the ground floor there is also a spacious twin bedroom opening straight onto the garden. A family bathroom with shower is also located on this floor. On the upper floor there are 2 further airy bedrooms and a family bathroom with bathtub. The bedrooms are respectively a double and a twin and have access to a lovely furnished terrace providing relaxing views over the countryside.

Outside, Villa Vrisses is surrounded by well kept gardens with lawn, mediterranean shrubs and flowers. A true oasis for relaxing hours listening to the sound of the cicadas! The private swimming pool (with children section) measures 6m x 4.5m and the depth is between 0.4m and 1.5m. Comfortable sunbeds and parasols are provided for the guests to enjoy. A terrace at the entrance of the villa also offers excellent opportunities for outdoor dining (together with a brick built barbecue for excellent charcoal grilled meals).

The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.
