Geroulios Kastro Villa I modern three-story villa located in the traditional village of Embrosneros in the picturesque Apokoronas region of Chania. The spacious villa offers the perfect escape for families and groups seeking a private villa in Crete with a heated private pool, open living spaces, and a tranquil countryside atmosphere. It provides the ideal balance between authentic Cretan village life and modernity.

Indoor Facilities
With a total living area of 400 sqm and set within 1,000 sqm of landscaped outdoor space, Geroulios Kastro Villa I is designed to accommodate up to 12 guests in existing beds and 5 additional guests on sofa beds in the bedrooms. The ground floor features a living area with a sofa, a 55 Smart Satellite TV, and a fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for six guests create the perfect setting for family gatherings. This level also includes two bedrooms, both with double beds, as well as a shared bathroom with a shower. The first floor hosts two more bedrooms, both with king-size beds, sofa beds, and private ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs. The second floor includes two more bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, A/C, and a 32 TV. Both rooms also feature comfortable sofa beds, providing flexibility for larger groups while ensuring privacy and comfort.

Outdoor Facilities
Outdoors, Geroulios Kastro Villa I embodies the essence of luxury living in Chania. The private heated swimming pool (40 sqm, 1.50 m depth) is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas. The highlight of the outdoor area is the fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table for up to 20 guests. A pergola-shaded dining area and a barbecue corner featuring both charcoal and gas grills, along with a traditional wood stove, create the perfect atmosphere for al fresco meals and gatherings with family or friends.The spacious outdoor terrace is also ideal for yoga sessions, meditation, or simply enjoying the serenity of the Apokoronas countryside. Upon request, yoga mattresses can be provided to enhance your wellness experience. Private parking is available on the property for 6-7 cars.

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of June and from September till the end of November, upon request, free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27?C, depending on weather conditions. We request three days advance notice for this facility. Moreover, for the months of July and August, the pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost. We also request three days advance notice for this facility, and the cost shall be paid in cash upon arrival.

Geroulios Kastro Villa Complex
Geroulios Kastro Villas is a complex of a group of two villas, one next to the other, owned and managed by the same host. The villas are connected by an outdoor bridge. Feel free to choose any villa based on the size and needs of your group to ensure a perfect and comfortable stay. Geroulios Kastro Villa I can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in the existing beds and 5 more in sofa beds. Geroulios Kastro Villa II can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15EUR per night/villa from April to October and 4EUR per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
