cosy 2 bedroom villa in a small Cretan village can sleep 4 comfortably but can sleep extra 1 on sofa bed in lounge .
Upstairs bedroom consists of a queen size bed, wardrobe, dressing table and TV. With built in dvd.
There is also a large wet room/shower with sink and toilet.
From the bedroom you can open the French doors that lead onto a balcony with stunning views over the Souda Bay and Drapanos mountain.
Downstairs consists of a open plan kitchen, diner and lounge with a double pull out sofa bed.
The kitchen area has a full cooker, microwave , fridge/freezer with lots of cupboard space with table and chairs.
In the lounge area there are patio doors leading out into a gated back garden with table and chairs.
The second bedroom is downstairs and consists of 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside cupboard and Television with built in dvd .
There is also a Utility room that consists of washing machine, toilet and sink.
A car is recommended with this property but not always necessary , we do have a local taxi service. And pick up drop off from Chania airport can be arranged from local taxi company.
Local shop and 2 tavernas 50 yards from villa .
This has a full EOT licence for renting out .AVAILABLE FOR WINTER LETS.
It has free WiFi, smart tv also a selection of DVD’s. Board games for children.
Quiet and peaceful village.
