Indoor Facilities
This beautifully designed 58 sqm studio comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests and features an open-plan layout. The equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances and facilities for preparing your favorite meals, while the dining area seats four guests. The living area features a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a single bed upon request, allowing the studio to accommodate a third guest.

The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, a 40 Smart TV, and an open-type closet. A bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the indoor facilities, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Outdoor Facilities
Step outside to your private patio, thoughtfully designed for relaxation. The highlight of the exterior is the private heated jacuzzi, accommodating up to five guests, where you can soak while enjoying the serene mountain scenery. Two comfortable sun loungers invite you to bask in the Mediterranean sun, while the pergola-covered dining area provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals. A charcoal barbecue is available for preparing delicious dinners, allowing you to enjoy memorable evenings. For your convenience, a parking space for one vehicle is also provided.

Jacuzzi Policy
The private jacuzzi can be heated to a comfortable temperature of 32?C, ensuring a relaxing experience throughout your stay, regardless of the season.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 8EUR per night from April to October and 2EUR per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
