"The property is beautiful and for our family worked great. We are 6 siblings that get together every 2 years to catch up, laugh, play games & share meals. The 6 bedrooms with the attached baths were clean and very comfortable. The living spaces are big with comfortable furnishings to relax, engage with the set of six adult siblings sharing stories & laughs. The surprise was the Osprey nest across the river that we watched while relaxing on the deck. Cottonwood Shores is a special place and we hope to return soon. "

"Property was very easy to find and gaining entry was simple. Wifi and amenities inside of house were perfect. Everything works and if you are planning on staying awhile there are 2 Fridges! The outside is absolutely stunning. The pool is BIG with a huge deepend, i think about 10 feet deep. The surrounding hills are picturesque. We saw about 100 million squirrels, vultures, and my favorite the Turkeys. "
