Family Hotels & Resorts in ApfelLand Stubenbergsee from NZ$167

I wish that we had stayed longer! Unfortunately we only stayed one night. The view was incredible (looking out on to Riegersburg Castle) and the hotel was absolutely lovely. Hotel and room facilities were excellent, staff were excellent, drinking water fountains in the room were a nice touch. The view was amazing (I feel like I have to repeat this because it was so good). Breakfast was great and we appreciated being able to make our own juice. Wow! This hotel was the friendliest, cleanest, service oriented hotel we have ever stayed in around the world, on arrival Tristan made us a cup of tea to sit at the patio and chill before checking in. Marcella took us to our room to check it was ready and the outstanding service continued. we were treated like family and that is the atmosphere created. Remote, but delightful

Some rooms also have kitchenettes and with the supermarket next door its great for families. Also has laundry facilities. The location is a bit of a hike from the city of Graz but if you have transport then its a great place to stay. We were here for the F1 Grand Prix and thank goodness we could organise transfers as public transport...

The hotel was clean and amenities and bed were comfortable. The gym was great. Parking was next door at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Graz.

Well decorated hotel with lovely people on reception and bar. Spacious room with king bed but like most European hotels in this area - firm bed, non fluffy towels and eco-tough toilet paper. Recommend they sell one of the paintings in the room and buy a mini fridge as it is good to be able to have cold water and store your seasonal fruit in for your travels. No kettle - luckily I had brought my own as well as tea bags as Europe often doesn’t supply. Therefore requested some ice from the bar for...
