Visita à Aparecida

A localização é muito boa, apesar de parecer um local estranho inicialmente, mas o hotel é bom e oferece um bom serviço e atendimento. Em relação a custo/benefício com certeza é uma ótima opção. Quartos amplos e camas confortáveis, além de banheiro com chuveiro bom. Eu recomendo o hotel.

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa ... do check-in ao check-out tudo acima do esperado ! Minha familia foi muito bem recebida e todos gostaram muito. Atendimento fora do comum proporcionando por todos os colaboradores do hotel . Gostaria de destacar o Otávio (recepção) e o rapaz da garagem ,ambos atenciosos e prestarivos !

Hotel bom porém com ressalvas importantes

O hotel é muito bom, café da manhã bom… O grande problema é quando está muito cheio você não consegue usar o elevador, passa muito tempo esperando e quando consegue entrar ele fica igual ônibus, parando de andar em andar, as vezes você desiste e desce de escada… outra situação muito desagradável é que tinha muita gente ( em torno de 40 pessoas) na porta bebendo muito, brigando com funcionários do hotel, não entendo pq permitem pessoas bebendo na calçada do hotel, tem sensação de estarmos num bar de vulgaridade.

Local muito agradável, o que eu não gostei foi que o elevador demora muito, muito mesmo, elevadores pequenos e demorados para a quantidade de pessoas que o hotel recebe, acredito que poderia colocar mais um travesseiro na cama, além de deixar mais confortável, deixa o ambiente mais aconchegante.

Hotel novo

Hotel bom e novo. Incovenientes foi o estacionamento que mesmo tendo vaga queriam que eu colocasse em outro para deixar reservado para outros hóspedes que haviam saído. A justificativa que me deram era que o manobrista era ruim. Informei ao recepcionsta que iria parar na vaga disponível ao lado do Hotel e que era tão hóspede quanto o outro que havia saído. Assim foi feito. Quarto bom, cama confortável. Café da manhã razoável (simples). O Hotel possui um restaurante conveniado no último andar de comida árabe, mas é bem simples também e tudo lá é cobrado, até o catchup.
