Olá, o hotel é simples mas pelo valor o quarto é super ok de usar, limpeza estava ótima. A única coisa que deixa a desejar é realmente o café da manhã que precisa melhorar e muito. O café não dava pra tomar. Um frigobar nos quartos também seria um ponto a ser analisado. A localização é ótima Bem atrás da basílica velha. O Dog do hotel, o pezão é um encanto, achei incrível o carinho de todos com ele.

Sobre o atendimento, o pessoal foi super simpático. Quanto a acomodação, o quarto foi bem espaçoso, mas a cama tinha um colchão já velho, um pouco desconfortável. O estacionamento é aberto e fica no fundo do hotel, tem que dar a volta para guardar o carro e o estacionamento não está incluso na estadia.

Não fui nem atendida. Disseram que teve um problema no hotel e não podia me receber. Então me mandaram para um lugar horrível, bem inferior ao que reservei, que nem papel higiênico tinha lá. Foi tudo horrível. Acabou que eu vim embora para casa, cansada com fome e com uma tristeza enorme por ter passado por isso, justo na minha lua de mel.

Desde o Check in experimentei uma das piores sensações de pavor em tudo. Cachorro de raça desconhecida deitado no sofá foi só um aperitivo. Quanto em pessimo estado de conservação em modo puro. Já sabia que o quarto era simples... mas não tinha toalhas/sabonete o banheiro era tomado de pó de cupim, a roupa de cama nem se fala...,muito barulho nos corredores e o café da manha muito ruim!!

Funcionários atenciosos, quarto pequeno, na chegada, tivemos que pegar toalhas na recepção, em relação a roupa de cama, apenas um cobertor para o casal. Reservamos um quarto quádruplo, com uma cama de casal e duas de solteiro, pois não havia outra opção, apesar de ter apenas três hóspedes, no entanto, na nossa chegada, o funcionário informou que não tinha cama de casal no quarto e, que ele irie quebrar nosso galho e colocar em um quarto com cama de casal, e fmos instalados em um quarto tripo. No geral, a estadia foi boa.

Falta de água todas as noites, quando tinha água , não tinha água quente,meu filho de três anos teve que tomar banho várias vezes em água fria, quarto não tem serviço de limpeza, os quartos não possuem frigobar.

Um final de semana de horrores.

Foi terrivel. Cama com colchão péssimo que podia sentir o estrado. Falta de agua e quando tinha estava fria. Fui tomar um banho somente no domingo na minha cada a 500 km de distancia. Limpeza a desejar. Somente um elevador funcionando que estragou. Funcionários que estavam lá mas nem sabiam onde era o refeitório. Joguei dinheiro fora. Próxima vou ficar no ibis caragua que fico lá a anos. Tira o este hotel do cadastro de vocês.
