Minha experiência neste hotel foi extremamente insatisfatória, ficando muito abaixo do mínimo esperado para uma hospedagem confortável e segura. O quarto apresentava diversos problemas estruturais, incluindo janelas que não fechavam adequadamente, porta do banheiro quebrada e vidro (vitrô) danificado. O chuveiro não possuía regulagem de temperatura, tornando o banho desconfortável, e o espaço do box era tão reduzido que dificultava qualquer movimentação. A limpeza também deixou muito a desejar. Tanto a pia quanto o vaso sanitário apresentavam manchas evidentes, demonstrando falta de limpeza pesada e manutenção adequada. Os equipamentos do quarto estavam em condições precárias. A televisão não permitia a troca de canais, funcionando praticamente apenas em um canal aberto, e o controle remoto apresentava extrema dificuldade para ligar e desligar o aparelho. O ar-condicionado também não possuía regulagem funcional, comprometendo o conforto dos hóspedes. O café da manhã foi outro ponto extremamente negativo. Diversos itens estavam em falta, reduzindo significativamente as opções disponíveis. Além disso, observei funcionários manipulando alimentos, como pães, diretamente com as mãos, sem os cuidados de higiene esperados. O atendimento também foi decepcionante. Em vários momentos, os colaboradores aparentavam incômodo por estarem atendendo os hóspedes, transmitindo falta de cordialidade e acolhimento. Lados positivos: O hotel tem um espaço bom, os quartos são pequenos mas a cama é confortável. A piscina é grande e limpa. A refeição a la carte é gostosa, mas extremamente cara pelos padrões do hotel. Lados negativos: box do banheiro é muito pequeno e o chuveiro (a gás) quase não esquentou no primeiro dia, somente no segundo dia de estadia, o que foi um problema pois estamos no inverno. A torneira da pia estava vazando e a janela não fechava. O pessoal da recepção não foi muito proativo, faltou uma postura mais atenta. O café da manhã foi decepcionante, no primeiro dia tivemos que pedir para repor alimentos, pois faltava queijo, bolo, etc. O café estava frio.

A limpeza do quarto era satisfatória, mas a cerâmica do piso e do banheiro é bastante velha e desgastada. Fomos recebidos e a atendente tentou agradar encontrando dois quartos próximos pois eu tinha 2 reservas. Em um dos quartos usamos a cama de solteiro, e estava simplesmente horrível. O colchão completamente torto o box da cama totalmente frouxo rangendo o tempo todo. Olhei o colchão e aparentava ter mais de 10 anos fácil. Não tinha sabonete nem shampoo, e as toalhas de banho são um pouco maiores que uma toalha de rosto. Almoçamos e jantamos no hotel, a comida é boa e farta. O que gostamos é que o hotel oferece uma van leva&traz até aparecida.

Check in era para as 10 00 hs e nos chegamos 11 00 hs e quando fui falar com o proprietário ele disse que iria demorar pois não tinha um quarto limpo 11 30 arrumaram um quarto e ao chegar lá nenhum controle funcionava nem do ar e nem da tv e quando fui falar com o proprietário o mesmo disse que iria demorar pois teria que mandar alguém comprar as pilhas pois não tinha mais e foi muito ríspido e não entendo pois o erro era dele e demorou bastante para devolver Infelizmente o local decaiu muito nos frequentadores sem respeito algum com os outros hospedes Café da manhã já foi melhor mais decaiu muito e se for pedido para repor algo tive que escutar que ia demorar para repor e fiquei sem entender o porque Na tarde de domingo chegou uma turma do pedal achando que estavam em casa retirando tênis roupas e ate entrando na piscina sendo que não eram hospedes Garotada jogando bola as 23 00hs no estacionamento e não gostaram muito quando fui reclamar pois queria dormir
