Old Style Apalachicola Charm in the Heart of the Historic District
- Rivers Edge is located in the heart of the downtown historic district nestled between the Apalachicola River and the Oyster City Brewing Company. Architect Chuck Wright and Builder Salty Dog have created a new building with old time Apalachicola charm.It has a full kitchen and dining area, living room, separate bedroom, and bathroom artfully furnished with antiques throughout. King size bed in bedroom with queen sized comfortable couch in living area. The outside deck faces east where you can enjoy the morning sunrise with coffee. Amenities include free WiFi , Smart TV, full size washer and dryer . Basics such as paper products and laundry soap are included. Daily maid service is not included. Access is by stairwell from Commerce street or via your own private spiral staircase from the back. 2 Night minimum stay, 3 night minimum stay for local events and holidays. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED, this is a non-smoking residence. Check in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
