"What an amazing place. Perfect for a couple or two. We took two of our Golden Retrievers with us and had a blast. The house is well named as it’s 100 steps to the Gulf of America. The photos on the listing don’t do the actual place justice. It’s so comfortable and has everything you need with a great porch, two queen beds, two baths, a great kitchen with a huge great room and eating area. The host is so responsive to all texts and emails - we’ve even referred a friend. The sunsets are beautiful and I cannot more highly recommend this spot! We’ll be back. "

"What a great place, full of history. This is a staple of the original Apalachicola. They have bikes you can use to tour around the town, walking distance to the historic district, the water, bars, shopping, so much shopping. Love this place would not stay anywhere else "

"Our room was very clean and well-maintained. The air conditioner worked great and cooled the room with ease, which is extremely important this time of year in Florida. The beds were comfortable. There is coffee available at the front office. The family that manages the property lives on site, and are kind and polite. This is a wonderful place to stay, in a convenient location to town and beaches, that will not break your budget. "
