"We had to choose between a loud air conditioner to stay cool or constant highway noise, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was in very poor condition and not clean, and the pool had a noticeable layer of scum on the surface. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations at all."

"We had such a wonderful stay at this home! It was incredibly spacious and perfect for our group of 10 adults and 4 kids. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, and there were so many great areas to sit, relax, and spend time together.The pool and hot tub were definite highlights—everyone loved them! We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches like plenty of towels and having crushed ice available. It made hosting a big group feel easy and enjoyable.Overall, this home was a fantastic place to stay, and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!"

I didn’t know we have to do it ourselves making the sofa bed ready and get the linen n pillow in their front desk. What an aweful service considering how much they charge for a room"

"Such a great little place — quiet, secure, and cozy. I enjoyed that the kitchenette was stocked with dishes, cookware, coffee marker, full sized fridge/freezer. The hosts are working on some upgrades to the electric I believe, and being able to run multiple appliances at the same time will be an improvement. There’s a two-in-one washer/dryer in the bathroom which was very nice so that I could easily travel back with clean laundry at the end of the trip. Pool does not have a heater, and was quite cold, so I didn’t really get to use it, unfortunately, but the area was cute and nice for enjoying coffee or a glass of wine by. The location is convenient for picking up groceries and easily commuting into Phoenix, but the property itself is shared with the main house that is very close by. I did notice there are security cameras, pointed at the casita and pool, and I really think that could be disclosed on the listing and at check-I for the sake of transparency. All in all, great stay, value and no issues. Would rent again! "
