Management deserves recognition for training and hiring at GH. ALL staff I interacted with were professional, friendly, and helpful - always smiling. This was my first stay here - at the end of a 6 week visit to Saigon - my final 2 nights. I wish I had booked earlier in my stay. Kudos to the staff members who assisted me with DECA content, and for the wonderful “take away” breakfast that was handed to me when I left at 4:30AM for the airport. Excellent business culture starts at the “top”. As a businessman, I “get” the vision you all have pursued. Yes, the property is amazing - location, comfort, cleanliness, location. Rex Hotel was a great place to stay as it’s the center of everything. It has an old world charm that one will love. The facilities are updated and the service is impeccable. The buffet breakfast was fantastic! This is a hotel I would love to return to again.
