  • The villa consists of 4 apartments with terrace and sea view located 5 minutes from the beach by car, 25 minutes on foot.



    The little extras:
    Car rental: We can provide you with a rental car upon your arrival at Agadir Airport. A local correspondent will meet you there and can drive you directly to the apartment for an easy and serene arrival. Take advantage of our preferential rates negotiated with our local and serious partners (from € 25 per day for a petrol Dacia) from Agadir airport.

    Airport shuttle: We can organize your transfer from Agadir airport to the apartment by Taxi: cost 25 € / one way / per shuttle. (Supplement if arriving in the middle of the night)
    The apartment on two levels is on the 3rd floor of the villa and is located 3 min from the beach by car, 25 min on foot.

    Its panoramic terrace of 50 m² on the roof allows you to appreciate the magnificent view over the bay and to sunbathe.

Désenchantement

Pas de parking, accessibilité particulièrement difficile (pente ravinée = ou > à 50%), escalier RdC au R+3 difficile et dangereux, l'accès à la terrasse panoramique se fait par un escalier hélicoïdal très étroitavec risque de basculement dans le vide (rambarde d'une hauteur très insuffisante), pas de four, WC position obligatoire sur le côté de la cuvette, problèmes d'électricité (le téléviseur s'éteint dès qu'on manoeuvre l'un des volets), chantier de construction à moins de 15 m en vis-à-vis avec ses désagréments de 6h45 du matin à 18h45 le soir (marteaux, burins et perforateur) Nous avons des photos

Vue magnifique

Très bel appart, solarium au top, accueil sérieux et sympathique. Nous avons passé de très bonne vacance. Je suis habitué et aie essayé tous les logements de Nicolas , ils sont tous très bien, mais celui ci est sans conteste le mieux. Seul bémol 3 eme étage sans ascenseur .

Cet appartement est d'excellente qualite et nous avons passe un tres bon sejour dans un pays superbe avec des gens tres accueillants. Tres fonctionnel, cet appartement est idealement place dans un quartier charmant, pres de jolies plages (surf garanti!) et de petits magasins et restaurants (pratiques!). Le prix est raisonnable et l'accueil sur place est tres professionnel. A conseiller vivement.

tout a été parfait, nous avons été accueilli à notre arrivée par Guy résident à l'année qui tout au long du séjour nous a apporté de l'aide et de précieux conseils notamment les visites de la vallée du paradis à 50km, les cascades d'Imouzzer, les falaises d'El ghézira etc... Sur la qualité du logement, sa propreté, ses prestations nous n'avons que des louanges a formuler nous le recommandons sans réserves et pour notre part nous comptons bien y retourner avec ou sans ramadan ce qui a été le cas pour notre séjour mais ça nous a vraiment pas gêné. merci pour tout

Superbe sejour a Agadir

L'appartement, propre et joliment décoré, est muni de tout le necessaire pour passer des vacances idéales. Il se trouve a distance de marche d une large plage où se trouve plusieurs cafés avec terrasse. Pour Agadir il faut prevoir un moyen de locomotion ou taxi. A visiter: en direction d Immouzer, la vallée du paradis (marche de 20 min dans un canyon, 20km) et les grottes de Wim-Timdouine (piscine sur falaise avec vue magnifique sur la vallée, 50 km) ; Essaouira (un peu loin et route sinieuse 150 km); Agadir: fort d Oufella, souk, marina et la medina, et le restaurant le Nil bleu (marina). Je recommande cette location a mes amis, et ma compagne et moi y retournerons avec grand plaisir dans un tres proche avenir.
