"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property has a beautiful aesthetic and was exceptionally clean throughout. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, which made my experience even better. The gym was amazing, and the pool and surrounding views were absolutely beautiful. I also really enjoyed my room—it was comfortable, stylish, and a great place to relax. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Tuvimos muchos problemas para que nos recibieran. No había nadie. Y pidíamos entrar a partir de las 24h30' 2 h. espera...:Recurrimos a un policía de la vecindad, quien , muy amable, llamó por teléfono y tras una larga espera, apareció el encargado. NO se les había comunicado nuestra llegada. Tiene que ser un error por parte de Hoteles España,com, dedujimos... Comprobaron que Sí teníamos nuestra reserva, pagada ya, para 3 noches. A partir de entonces todo fue muy Bien. Esperamos que Hoteles...

"Nous avons étaient plutôt décu de cet étatblissement: - le petit-déjeuner est décevant avec tres peu de choix, et une salle de pdj tres peu acceuillante. - nous avions ue chambre avec balcon vue sur piscine qui était extremment bruyante et qui nous rév allait à 8h tous les matins: marteaux piquers car tous les antours sont en travaux, et il y a une maison coller à la cgambre avec des enfnats qui hurlaient dans la piscune. "Staff were very accommodating very lovely people went out of their way to help us with everything we asked for. Thank you very much to front desk Abdulkareem and Kadijah who helped to make us stay very special. Breakfast was good but busy at times occasionally difficult to find a table outside. outdoor pool was lovely, big never felt too crowded it has a children’s pool also. Evening meals were good about £26 for a buffet although you don’t get any drinks with that only water. Used the spa was really good. Had an excellent massage reasonable prices. Rooms were cleaned every day, although sometimes we had to ask for towels which came later on in the day. It is a little further out from some of the other hotels but easy to get a shuttle from the hotel into town or Agadir. not much in the town of Taghazout but went for a meal @ ZAZ very reasonable prices. There an excellent market/souk in Agadir which is about 30 minutes away depending on the time of day. You can always get Taxis from the hotel directly to where you’re going to go into town costs about 100 AED. My only difficulty was the steps to go down to the pool and bar area, there is a handle to hold onto But if you can’t do the steps there are no ramps to take you down if you had a wheelchair I don’t know if you could get to the pool & gardens couldn’t see where you could do that. People carried their buggies down the steps. Very calm & fairly quiet, Hotel. How a lovely day."
