"I'm giving 5-stars for one reason alone. As NRIs visiting India after nearly a decade, we had come to Bareilly with a very specific purpose and we had a medically complex individual with higher-than-normal requirements. Overall the stay was fantastic primarily because of the incredibly helpful staff that worked hard to mitigate the various challenges we encountered in room design, equipment, amenities etc. For fairness sake, I should mention that while this is a "Radisson" brand, the room amenities and design had various shortcomings that were not expected. Having said that, this is probably still the best hotel in a 50-mile radius. We used nearly all services they had to offer (in room dining, transport, spa, laundry, etc.) and had no issues. The food was excellent. The hotel manager was extremely warm and understanding to our situation. If the manager would like, I'm happy to provide list of improvements. Overall we are walking away satisfied and grateful for the hospitality of the staff. "
