What an amazing find this hotel was. A local friend recommended this hotel to my wife and me. I trusted his judgment and booked. We have been here more than a week. While we have stayed in Hanoi's exclusive hotels, costing much more money in the past, the Royal Palace has been much more satisfying. The hotel is on a quiet side street in the Old Quarter, but just a few minutes walk to the excitement of shopping and eating. The most noteworthy comment is the friendly and interested staff. My wife fell in love with a few of them and would happily take them home with us! Choose this hotel and you will be feeling like royalty.

The staff were absolutely top notch during my stay. Full of recommendations, a lot of patience, and lovely smiles at all hours of the day…even at 3 o’clock in the morning.

We stayed only 1 night and upon arrival at the hotel, we booked a Premium package tour as : Ha long bay 2 day 1 night + sapa trekking 3 day 2 - night tour with Mrs. Ruby. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, guiding us through every step. The tour included visits to iconic sites and some hidden gems, making our short stay unforgettable. We highly recommend the Premium package for anyone looking to experience the best of the area. The accommodations provided were comfortable, and the local cuisine we experienced during the tours added a delightful touch to our adventure. Overall, the combination of excellent service and beautiful destinations made this trip truly special.
