The best part is the owner. Mirca is a beautiful soul, and she cares about your stay, and will go out of her way to make sure your time is pleasurable. She is the best part of this house. "

"Pros: Der Ort Pitelli ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt und die Gastfreundschaft von Nathalie ist auch sehr gut man kann sie alles fragen. Cons: Der WLAN hat so gut wie nicht funktioniert und die Wohnung ist etwas stickig, da nur Fenster vorne sind und keins hinten. Der Ventilator ist gut, aber sehr laut."

"Pros: Der Aussenbereich war wunderschön. Ruhe pur mitten in der Natur. Perfekt um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Es hat sogar eine Ladestation für E-Autos. Cons: Wir hatten viele Flugameisen im Haus. Der Pool war schön, aber perfekt für kleine Kinder, da sehr klein."

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Die Lage könnte zentraler nicht sein. Man hört entsprechend natürlich die Menschen in den Straßen und den nahen Zug. Aber die Fenster sind extrem schalldicht. Sobald man sie schließt, kann man gut schlafen."

"Everything was so pleasant about this hotel! The staff were very friendly. Only thing I wish it gave better information were about parking. There were no parking lot in the premise. It’s 500m away. Also I wish it had better amenities. "

"This was our favorite place to stay in a 23 day trip to Europe visiting many locations. The view is worth a million dollars! It may be tricky to find, but the reviews were helpful. We arranged a taxi to pick us up near the train station (25 €) and also at pick up time. We walked to the town through the path from the location. We are not hikers but yet we did a pretty good job and enjoyed the views and nature all the way down. To come up, we took a bus (towards Sn. Bernardino ) and then walked for about 15 minutes to our location. The staff was nice and prepared a really nice breakfast for us both days. We really enjoyed our stay there. "

"Property was very nice with easy access and also a lot for luggage. AC worked great and there was a good sized shower. Great location close to the main promenade with plenty of dining options and also close to the train station. Only criticism was the lack of a shuttle service to the centre of town which, given the position of the hotel on top of a hill, the high cost of local taxis and the high temperatures, made it difficult for older customers or those with mobility difficulties."
