"Clean"

"We originally booked at Park Inn by Radisson Antwerp City Centre, but it’s important to understand how it operates. The Park Inn building has no reception and no on-site check-in. You must go to the main hotel, Radisson Blu Astrid Hotel Antwerp, which is about a one-minute walk, to check in, get your key, and handle anything else. This setup is inconvenient, especially if you have luggage or plan to store bags while out, since everything is handled at the main building. Because of this, I ended up paying the upgrade difference and moved to the Radisson Blu. That said, the experience at the Radisson Blu was excellent. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us comfortable and assist us. A standout moment was when I accidentally left my passport in the room safe and had already traveled to Ghent. I called the front desk, and they quickly arranged for housekeeping to retrieve it and secure it safely at reception. I can’t say enough about the front desk team, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a smooth one."

"Facilities in room were fine with decent bathroom and curtains on dorm beds. Given linen at check in so need to make your own bed. Some people in the dorm didn't bother putting pillow case and duvet cover on so unsure how clean beds can be. Shared a dorm with 3 men which didn't feel very nice as a solo female. Terrible snorers and awful coughing meant I didn't sleep well. Very noisy location through the night with ambulances and shouting. Not really any common areas to sit during the day."

"The room was fine but it was disappointing to find absolutely no hot drinks anywhere, despite the receptionist promising availability at the bar. The bar was overflowing with alcohol but the staff had no idea how to operate the only working coffee machine.They couldn’t find hot water to make tea, either"

"Well located next to train, location easy for intercity travel. Very nice reception staff.shower high quality but small. "

"Great location for exploring the city and train station by walking - however that is the only good thing, the rooms stank not sure if it was because of pipework. I was given a room on the ground floor and the massive window faces onto a busy street. Zero privacy and no nets so had to keep the curtains drawn permanently and felt like a prison (perhaps you should reconsider this…)"
