Het appartement heeft geen wasmachine en parkeren is mogelijk tegen een extra vergoeding, maar er zijn goedkopere opties in de buurt; het is de moeite waard om online te reserveren. De locatie van het appartement is geweldig, dicht bij het stadscentrum, het trein- en busstation en vele winkels en restaurants. Het ruime en comfortabele interieur zorgt voor een aangenaam verblijf.
