Search Antsohihy hotels

The best time to go to Antsohihy is during the dry season, which runs from May to October.

During these months, you'll experience lower humidity and less rainfall, making it much more comfortable for exploring. Temperatures are generally pleasant, averaging around 20-25°C, which is ideal for outdoor activities like visiting the nearby Ankarafantsika National Park or exploring the local markets. The roads, particularly unpaved ones, are also in much better condition during the dry season, ensuring smoother travel to and from attractions.

This period is particularly good for those interested in wildlife viewing, as animals are more active and easier to spot around water sources.
