"Original reserved rental supposedly had a leak so we received an “upgrade”, it was actually a downgrade. We were supposed to have 3 bedrooms, this had 2. The hot and cold water didn’t mix in the shower head so you could only take a scalding or freezing shower. After my 2nd kid showered, we were out of hot water; my husband and I got lukewarm only. "I don’t usually book private stays through Expedia, so I was surprised when I was contacted by the host externally for payment. Fortunately, Shannon was extremely kind & attentive.
