Spacious room, lovely courtyard and very helpful staff. It’s well located, within walking distance to all the sights. Breakfast was simple but tasty. The coffee was fantastic. We loved our stay!!

Overall good room for the price (and beautiful gardens)! The room and bathroom are dated and on the smaller side, but the garden and relative tranquility make up for it. Note that they have two properties for the hotel.

The place has two separate areas accessible thru different front doors. We stayed at the one with the garden. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The place felt peaceful and quiet. Is a few blocks from the main turist area and felt safe even at night. There are not many choices to dine or shop nearby. We were still satisfied with the vibe in the hotel. Depending on your expectations, l may not be wonderful or even excellent or very good but it will still may be pleasantly good.

Nice Clean rooms, super staff, there is parking included but they don’t mention one little big detail and is that is not on property and you can’t get in or out at any time, and if you have an event an you’re planning on coming back late you just can’t as it is going to be closed and won’t open until next day. The same thing is that if you have any emergency and want to go out after 10pm you will have to wait until next morning

The hotel was nice with a fabulous staff.They need new mattresses in our room #9.The shower didn’t drain good. The most disappointing was the free breakfast.They charge you for milk for your coffee,butter for your toast and jelly and your coffee if you drink more then one.Tiny portions.Even the pictures of the free food is false.There are no berries on the pancakes. It is a quite place and the staff were so nice.

Our stay at Hotel Nico was okay overall. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was that when we checked in, we were given rooms in a completely separate building on the other side of the hotel. It felt disconnected from the main hotel, which was inconvenient and not what we expected. Other than that, our stay was fine.

The room was nice and clean.I stayed in the 2 nd building part of the hotel which was nice and quiet but I didn’t like the fact that every-time I wanted to get back in the hotel I had to knock on the main door and wait for someone to open. Also the room was never made up. The breakfast was great and the location too.

The Nico Hotel is a smaller property located in the heart of Antigua, within easy walking distance of shopping, bars, and restaurants. The room was clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating.
