Beautiful property, spacious rooms. Only complaint is heat in rooms, windows provide slight breeze and you sacrifice privacy. Light outside in courtyard shines directly into room. Easy check in, let us check in early as well.

A couple blocks from the main park. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. The room was very clean and there was no noise to keep us up. The bottomless cup of coffee is complementary and enjoyed in a nice garden area. Everything was perfect.

Not impressed. I booked a 3 queen bed room for my now husband and his groomsmen to get ready in the morning of our wedding. I made it clear upon booking the intention of having the space and the morning of our wedding the staff notified him that the hotel was too busy for a late checkout. He had to scramble to find another place for him and his crew to get ready in which also mean notifying our photographers, and wedding planner of the change in events. Poor communication and customer service.

Muy decepcionada, la habitación tenía olor a humedad, supuestamente era un lugar tranquilo para descansar , pero mi habitación estaba del lado de la avenida y se escuchaba el ruido de buses y carros, con respecto al personal a excepción de Javier (que fue muy amable y atento) las otras dos recepcionistas o encargados muy malhumorados, sobre todo un señor que comentó tener 12 años trabajando allí , se molestó porque interrumpimos una videollamada personal que tenía.(está en el turno de la noche! Por mi parte no vuelvo a reservar en ese hotel.
