"Porta hotel has every detail in mind for all of their guests. Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant and breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh. The pool was clean and fun for our family. We were there for Easter and they even had an Easter bunny and an Easter egg hunt for the children. "

"The property is great . very much resort experience. Appreciate the ambeience as well. There were a couple of issues for us like 1. barely any options for vegans 2. the drinks at the pool side bar on thursday were really bad - compared to the Blue Bar which we indulged in the previous 2 nights"

"The room was amazing. So comfy, and cozy. I would definitely come back . It is in my top 2 hotels to stay at. Food is amazing. It started to down poor and it was so convenient that we could eat at the hotel. Room service is also amazing and fast."

"This property is perfectly located just a block away from the Santa Catalina Arch and may other landmarks like the San Jose Cathedral and park. A Starbucks on the corner which was a plus. Overall great stay. When I come back to Antigua definitely staying there again. I traveled with my mom and aunt and they enjoyed their stayed as well."

"The property looks exactly like the pictures - so no scam here. Very cute hotel, far enough from the central area to be quiet, and close enough that everywhere is easily reachable within a few minutes. The staff were helpful and friendly overall. The only reason I deducted one star is that the AC would not go below 18°C, so if you’re a cold sleeper, this might be tough."

"Wonderful location just a block from the Arch. The terrace is perfect for viewing the volcanoes, especially Fuego, who is active. The restaurant is good, but a little pricey. However, it's dinner and a show! A marimba band entertains, and if you time it right, you can see the Baile de Moros, or Dance of the Moors. So fun!"
