Nice hotel on 7a oriente, Antigua

The hotel is new and very pretty. We stayed in a double, and the only problem was that it had no windows. So ventilation was not great and I personally like to have windows. I think the other rooms may be different.

No tenian mi reserva en el sistema segun ellos ya no trabajaban con Expedia, hice un viaje de otro pais para encontrarme sin donde quedarme y el servicio al cliente de Expedia poco hizo no lograron encontrar otra solucion q darme un reembolso y yo sin donde dormir.

La propiedad esta muy bien ubicada, muy céntrica, la atención fue muy buena, la habitacion privada es apenas para llegar a descansar. El desayuno es bueno. Trabajan 24 horas y eso da seguridad a tu vehículo afuera del local. Un día hubo atraso con el desayuno pero por todo lo demás se recomienda este lugar.

Cet hotel corresponde a une auberge de jeunesse. Toilettes et douche límite de la proprete. Pas de ventilateur et pas obligation de draps de dessus dans les lits. Quand on ressort du petit dejeuner on a encore faim.

El servicio del personal es el plus de este hotel

El parqueo lo ofrecen sin costo, pero no especifica que es en la calle a los alrededores, debería ser explícito dicho ofrecimiento, sin embargo la excelente atención del personal hizo que todo lo demás fuera agradable, bonito lugar con buena ubicación.

servicio muy bueno, hotel regular!!!

esta un poco descuidado, el colchón no es tan comodo, y las puertas de las recamaras hacen mucho ruido al abrir y cerrar. pero el personal es muy muy atento. La terraza esta bien y tiene una vista increíble de los volcanes.

en gral., bien, pero podrían mejorar mas, el internet fue un caos, el desayuno incluido podría ser mucho mejor, el baño no me gusto. pero eso si, los chicos de recepción tanto ella como el muchachito de la noche super mega amables!!!

Friendly staff

Friendly staff, big terrace, Wi-Fi intermittent issues. Felt some bed bugs bites. Some of the rooms face a very busy street, gets really noisy early in the morning.

Reservé la habitación utilizando una noche gratis a la que tenía derecho debido a reservaciones previas con Hoteles.com; al momento de llegar al hotel, ellos no aceptaron la reservación al precio descontado (a pesar de que les mostré el correo de confirmación que me envió Hoteles.com), y tuve que pagar el precio normal del cuarto, que es cuatro veces más alto de lo que yo había acordado pagar al momento de reservar (la reservación con el descuento de la promo sólo me cobraba los impuestos).

Hotel cómodo, agradable, limpio y muy cerca del pa

Hotel muy bonito y a buen precio, con habitaciones cómodas, amplias y limpias. Las personas que atienden son muy agradables. Está muy cerca del parque central de Antigua, por lo que es muy cómodo moverse a los lugares más conocidos e importantes. Yo y mis cinco amigxs que nos hospedamos ahi, lo recomendamos muchísimo.
