"Agradecimos la cálida bienvenida y la amabilidad de nuestros anfitriones y del personal en general. Los edificios conservan el estilo típico canario antiguo y han sido bellamente renovados. Son cómodos y están impecablemente limpios. La cocina del restaurante es abundante y de alta calidad. El hotel está ubicado en un pueblo bonito y muy tranquilo. Hay un amplio aparcamiento público a pocos metros del hotel."

"Perfect hotel, have no bad things to say, foods amazing, drinks are great and overall the customer experience was good, as I flew to Fortaventura to another hotel at first, but I didn’t like it so last minute I went in the hotel, and booked it on the day, got in a room within an hour."

"On arrival at night the room we were allocated was infested with cockroaches. We went straight to reception first thing in the morning. They immediately put us in a different room above floor level. Entertainment at night was poor. The tambourine banging, martial arts fight/fire in a dish was so bad we laughed. New room was lovely. Food options for non all inclusive is extremely expensive. But it didn’t matter as the hotel is central to everything in Caleta. Staff were excellent all across the hotel."

"This is a really lovely hotel. Huge pool areas with lots of sunbeds. We had booked half board and the food was really good. A couple of gripes, three euros per day to rent the security box in the room was ridiculous considering how much we paid for the week. Also we chose this hotel as it had four padel courts but none were operational which was really disappointing. We would stay here again."

"Good: our bungalow was private and tucked away, quiet. Bed comfy Bad: had to kill a cocroach in the wardrobe, fridge didnt work, paint on wall was coming off, the property needed a lot of TLC buy was clean. Staff quite friendly, pool lovely, food mostly nice but sometimes cold. Loved the smoothies in the morning. Coffee good. Struggled to find tea spoons. Too many screaming kids, the restaurant could be split into 2 areas, one for adults only, the other area for families. Healthy 7 out of 10."
